What does it taste like?

Our Tikka blend takes the traditional tandoori flavours and adds a Black Country twist to it.  Infused with mango and lime, we add a naturally smokey note to the blend and a slightly hotter taste profile than normal tandoori.  You won’t go back to your old blend.

How do I cook with it?

This blend works on chicken, prawns, lamb or pork.  We normally mix it with a little yoghurt, marinade and then grill or oven roast. 

How hot is it?

Whilst it's a little hotter than a normal tandoori blend, it is still quite mild.  You'll notice a tiny tingle but won't be rushing over for a drink!
