The Block L expands the iconic Block series with a versatile outdoor kitchen module – for an even more comfortable cooking experience under the open sky.

Equipped with an insulated double sink and a swiveling, retractable faucet with a pull-out head, the Block L allows direct washing and processing of food or handwashing outdoors. Unnecessary trips back into the house are eliminated.

The included stainless steel holder for sous-vide sticks further expands its possibilities.
Both sinks can be covered with custom-fit stainless steel inserts to create additional work surface when needed. The countertop is made of brushed, solid 4mm stainless steel. Water supply is provided via a food-safe standard coupling.

For optional use with hot and cold water, the Block L is equipped with a mixing valve and a dual-circuit connection. Multiple options are available for water drainage. Like all modules in the Block series, the Block L is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel and is available in all seven colors of the series.

FLEXIBLE & COMFORTABLE

The brushed stainless steel faucet offers maximum flexibility. Swiveling in both directions and retractable, it can effortlessly be placed in the desired position. The pull-out head further enhances flexibility and makes use even more convenient.

The remote release for the left sink adds additional comfort, while the solid mixing valve enables operation with both hot and cold water.

Optional side shelves can expand the work surface on both sides as desired. For storage, they can be securely placed in dedicated holders within the base unit.

INSULATED SINKS FOR SOUS-VIDE AND ICE

The insulation of the two stainless steel sinks ensures that their contents maintain temperature for longer. Whether storing ice cubes or using one of the sinks as a sous-vide basin, this creates a clear added value.

The included stainless steel holder for common sous-vide sticks can be flexibly attached in multiple positions within either sink as needed. The insulation improves efficiency by reducing heat loss during heating and cooking.

This turns the Block L into a sous-vide station, right within reach of the grill. Meanwhile, the second sink can be used as usual for other tasks.

PREPARED FOR ANYTHING

The Block L is pre-configured for cold water use. The water supply is connected via a standard coupling, making the Block L ready for operation in no time.

The mixing valve also allows optional use with hot water. The Block L base unit provides space for customized extensions. A universal mounting plate, for example, facilitates the installation of an individual hot water solution. The water supply can be routed either from below or through the rear wall.

For convenient wastewater drainage, the Block L is equally well-prepared. The pre-installed siphon can be emptied without removal if necessary. A flexible 50 mm standard connection wastewater hose ensures quick drainage and can be adapted to local conditions, routed either through the floor or the back wall. If there is no option to discharge wastewater, a removable wastewater container with practical wheels is optionally available and fits neatly within the base unit.

The practical maintenance and mounting flap at the back of the unit provides easy access to connections and fittings and can be opened effortlessly without tools.
