Perfect for serving food straight from EGG to table, this beautiful enamelware sharing plate has been created in partnership with Falcon Enamelware, an iconic brand embraced by British campers, picnickers and outdoor cooks since the 1920s.

Made from porcelain fused onto heavyweight steel, the plate is durable, weatherproof, chemical resistant and capable of handling temperatures up to 270°C. This makes it ideal for cooking or warming food as well as serving centrepieces, sides or salads to the middle of the table. The familiar ice-white enamel surface is complemented by Big Green Egg’s famous racing green on the base and hand-painted rim.

Fits on Large and XL EGGs.
Key Features

The enamel is created from powdered glass (no animal bone, unlike some historic forms), with metal oxides added to create the rich colours. Each product is pressed from a sheet of heavy-gauge steel. This is hand dipped in liquid enamel before being fired in a kiln at extremely high temperatures to create a smooth, durable coating. After cooling, the rim is hand painted, and the Big Green Egg logo is added to the base before the whole thing is re-fired.
