Our paella pan is designed to handle the high temperatures needed for toasting the bottom of a paella or simmering caramel for a tarte tatin. As well as on an EGG, it can also be used on a gas hob, in a conventional oven or over an open fire.

Paella cooked on the EGG is a real treat — the most delicious and authentic you’re likely to enjoy outside of Spain. Available in three sizes, our enamelled paella pan distributes heat quickly and evenly, practically guaranteeing you that elusive ‘soccarat’ crust around the edges.
