Description

Created by Dutch toolmakers Boska, the Monaco+ Pizza Wheel is a strong, perfectly balanced cutter, ideal for portioning pizza, flatbreads, pastries or sheets of fresh pasta. Every part of the tool is fabricated from high-grade stainless steel, with a sharp wheel, an ergonomic handle and a durable structure that maintains stability when cutting. A patented chemical-free treatment will keep the blade non-stick throughout its long service life, making it easy to clean with warm, soapy water.
