Make sure you’re feeling strong: these Butcher’s Blocks are weighty. Available in two sizes, Large and XL, they’re made out of sustainable teak, and because of the character of the wood, no two will ever be quite alike.

Thanks to their size, the blocks are ideal for cutting and serving large joints of meat. The Large also has a tapered drip channel, which allows you to syphon off and collect all those flavour-packed juices, while the XL can be flipped over to reveal a hollow cavity, perfect for resting or pulling.

CARE -

  • Don’t soak or submerge in water.
  • Scrape down after each use.
  • To sanitise, wipe with hot water and an antibacterial spray.
  • Cutting board surfaces need to be wiped with olive or vegetable oil every 4-8 weeks, depending on the frequency of use. This is the key to preserving colour.
