The grill plate is still functional, thus increasing the performance of the grill with the same consumption of wood. This will not only be fun, but in the case of restaurants and catering, also even more options and more diners.
Grill kebab, chicken, turkey, goose, duck, piglet, lamb, or a whole pork leg. The imagination knows no limits. The uncompromising capacity of the motor (accessory) is 40 kg. All parts of the Rotisserie are made of solid stainless steel for maximum durability, as you are used to with Vulcanus products.
The massive support legs are made of 10×80 mm thick stainless steel and the main Rotisserie is made of a solid 16×16 mm stainless steel square bar.
The assembly is complemented by two pressure plates with more than fifty positions and four needles, for maximum variability when securing ingredients. As a standard, the assembly is equipped with a crank that can be locked in six positions, or replaced with a motor (accessory) in seconds.
The main legs of the Rotisserie have positions ready for an ASADO grilling system or needle handles for trimming meat.
